Hello friends!

I am going to show How to change theme without admin section and using phpmyadmin.

Sometimes wp-admin section not opening due to the themes file.  In this case follow my below steps:

1.) First of all login in to cpanel and go to the phpmyadmin.

2.) In the find your  wordPress database, in which locate the wp_options table.

3.) In this table (wp_option) go the the page no 2 .

4.) Select the template option in wp_option table, then change the value to twentyeleven. (In which any themes name you will keep it.)

5.) Select the stylesheet option in wp_option table, then change the value to twentyeleven. (In which any themes name you will keep it.)
